Products and services

We manufacture SAFI cleaning products and provide professional cleaning and related services. Product descriptions, pack sizes and images are provided as a guide. Availability can change, and we may update our range at any time.

Quotes, orders and pricing

Prices and quotes are shared on request and are valid for the period stated in the quote.
Bulk orders and service contracts are arranged directly with our team and confirmed before work begins or goods are supplied.
Any enquiry submitted through the website or WhatsApp is a request, not a binding order, until we confirm it.

Quality and certification

Where a product carries UNBS certification, it is manufactured to the relevant Uganda or East African Standard. Certification details and permit numbers are shown on our website and can be verified with the Uganda National Bureau of Standards.

Service delivery

We carry out our services with reasonable skill and care, using trained staff and suitable equipment. We ask clients to provide safe access and accurate information so we can deliver the agreed work.

Liability

We take care in everything we do, but to the extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded under Ugandan law.

Intellectual property

The Crystaltide Supreme name, the SAFI brand, our logo and the content of this website belong to Crystaltide Supreme Ltd and may not be used without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
